Journaling
a course for personal growth
Journaling is an essential skill for developing self-awareness and exploring your experience.
Journaling
for personal growth
For how simple it appears, a personal journal can be one of the most powerful tools for processing your ideas, perceptions, and experiences, in order to uncover the issues standing between you and the life you truly want.
Unlike a diary, journaling is much more than keeping a record of daily events. Through journaling, you will gain proficiency in effectively identifying and exploring your emotional experience, digging under the surface to shed light on the deeper sources and causes of your experience, and discovering truthful and harmonious means to deal with every situation in your life.
Journaling is a skill that everyone should learn. If you choose to participate in other forms of individual or group therapy, the skills you will develop in this group will accelerate your ability to digest the training you receive and extract as much value as possible from your therapeutic journey.
In this hands-on 4-session class, you will receive training in specific methods and processes to utilize a personal journal to its full potential.
Whether this is the first step in your personal growth process or a complement to your other work, journaling will help accelerate your discovery of a life that feels purposeful, balanced, and truthful.
