Journaling

Build your journaling skills to better utilize this valubable tool in your daily life.

For how simple it appears, a personal journal can be one of the most powerful tools for processing your ideas, perceptions, and experiences. Unlike a diary, journaling is much more than keeping a record of daily events. In this therapy group you will learn specific methods to utilize a personal journal, and essential emotional skills to help you discover and overcome the obstacles standing between you and the life you truly want.

Questions? Call us!

BEing There Counseling offers this therapy group for people who want to use journaling to grow and learn new emotional skills. All groups are open and on-going, meaning you can join when you want, attend when you want, for as long as you want, and stop attending when you want. We want this to be the most enriching experience ever!

Space is limited, so you must reserve your space for each session.
Also, we ask that you provide 24-hour notice of cancellation, to avoid being charged. (This way we can offer the space you give up to someone else.)

A $10 Introductory Session is held periodically to explain the group to new registrants, answer any questions you might have, and help you to see if it is right for you. Tycee will show you how this group will change your life.

Submit the opt-in form below with your name and email to receive information about the next Introductory Session for the Journaling group. You will receive a response telling you when and where the next $10 Introductory Session is scheduled.

If you have any questions, please call Tycee Belcastro at (970) 245-6502.
